Who we are
Spicy Sammy's Book Bus is a mobile bookstore based in Canton, Georgia. Questions about this policy go to hello@YOURDOMAIN.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, phone number, event details, and the optional preferences you choose to share (birthday month, how spicy you like your books, zip code). We also count page visits with privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or identify you.
Why we collect it
- To reply to private-event requests and messages, send quotes, and manage bookings.
- To send Spice Cabinet emails if you joined: bus stops, new arrivals, and offers.
- To send text messages only if you checked the text box.
Emails and texts
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Texts are sent only with your consent, up to 4 per month; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the business: Google Workspace (email and records), Kit (our email list), our card processor (payments), our text-message provider if you opted in, and Cloudflare (website hosting and anonymous visit counts). Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as needed for the business and taxes. Club information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
