Early-adopter rates apply to the first 20 private events, claimed at our launch party and confirmed afterward, then standard rates take over. Travel within 25 driving miles of Canton is included.

Booking policies
The short version. The FAQ has the details.
- Payment
- Paid in full by online invoice once your date is confirmed. Early-adopter requests made at the launch party pay nothing until the date is confirmed.
- Cancellations
- Full refund more than 48 hours before the event. 50% refund between 24 and 48 hours. No refund within 24 hours.
- Book credit
- Boutique book credit is spent on the bus during your event. Once Sammy has ordered your guests' custom books, the credit can't be refunded.
- Rescheduling
- One reschedule at no charge if requested at least 24 hours ahead, subject to availability.
- Extra time
- $25 per 30 minutes, when the schedule allows and Sammy approves it.
- Travel
- Included up to 25 driving miles from Canton. Farther events are quoted with travel added.
- Parking
- The bus needs a flat, paved spot with clearance from low branches and wires. The request form asks about both.
